The spokes underwent a process of stripping, priming, and then received two layers of 2-component satin black finish.
Notable marks can be seen on the wheel’s circumference.
Additionally, there were significant indentations that got filled using a mix of colored epoxy and wooden dust.
These mended areas were further refined with paint before applying the transparent layer.
The wheel’s edge was smoothed out and coated twice with a 2-component transparent finish.
The mounting ring for the horn button is genuine OEM and remains in perfect condition! Its emblem underwent a stripping process and was subsequently repainted.
The horn button mechanism’s plastic component is brand new from the original stock. It comes as a single piece.
All metal components of the horn button system have undergone an in-house re-plating process with zinc chromate.
