All of our parts come with a standard 120 day warranty on the parts. If for whatever reason the item fails in this time, we will replace or refund your order at no extra cost! To maintain this warranty, all installation procedures must be followed as laid out on the back of our invoices that will come with the item. All mechanical items are shipped without oils or filters and will need to be changed.

shippingOnce we have received your order, we will find the best solution courier for the area we are delivering to. Most parts will be delivered via UPS or Purolator as soon as the order is processed. Larger items are all processed through freight carriers such as Day and Ross to ensure they get delivered as quick as possible.
We aim to ship your items next day or sooner on all of our orders! Once we have received payment on our items we will be in touch some time Monday-Friday with confirmation of the order, and often pictures will be included. Please watch for our email with photos attached! We will ask for confirmation and will not be able to ship the item until we have received a reply.
If you have received a damaged item in transit, do not sign for the shipment! For us to process the damage claim, it cannot be received by the customer. This may mean we will not be able to process the refund for your items depending on the situation.
returnsSituations occur when you do not need the part or problems may occur with our items. We strive to make sure you are covered under all situations!
Our parts all come with a 120 day replacement warranty. If for whatever reason our parts fail or need to be replaced we will send you another part or give you a full refund for your order any time within the 120 day window. We are not responsible for any labour costs, delays or components needed to do the install.
If you would like to cancel an order or return something for reasons out of our control, we ask that you ship the items back to us prepaid and we will process the return. For items with high shipping costs there may be a restocking fee needed to cover some of the freight charges.
