Return PolicyAt Majestic Auto Parts, we will try to provide the right part all the time. However, if a need arises to return a product for any uncertain reason, Majestic will do it's best to service the customer always.
You may return a part within 30 days of your order, if the part is:
- Accompanied by an authorized RGA #, which you can obtain from a Majestic Customer representative.
- The part is not damaged or missing components.
- The part can't be used or damage to improper installation.
- Must be in the original packaging along with all accessories and instructions.
- We will not accept returns on Installed parts unless under warranty or defective
- We will not accept returns on parts that have been installed on the wrong vehicle
Majestic Auto Parts warrants its parts for a period of 30 Daysfrom the original purchase date of the product. If any product is shown to be defective due to material or workmanship, Majestic Auto Parts will provide a onetime replacement part. This warranty covers the part only, no refunds will be given for labor, delay or any other costs related to the installation of the part.
