For sale is a vintageRim Spreader. It is forsplit rims. You release the rim lock and then use the tool to reduce the diameter of the rim (the split allows this) so you can get the tire off the rim. After replacing the tire, you use the spreader in reverse to spread the rim back into position. You then engage the rim lock and reinstall the rim on the wheel.
This could have been usedfrom the Teens through 1930s. It is in very nice condition, and runs out smoothly. Functions as it should.
