Our billet filter comes with a free removal tool to dis-assemble the housing and remove the filter for cleaning. Checking the inside of the oil filter is a great way to monitor engine wear for anything abnormal. However, until now, people needed to cut open a regular oil filter if they wanted to see what was going on inside the engine.
