The driverMUST wait whilst you inspect the parcel and if damaged then the item must besigned for damaged with the courier for us to cover any claim for a damageditem.
Also, we will accept no responsibility for damaged reported to us if you haveinstructed the courier to leave the item without signature or with a neighbour.All items must be checked for damages before signing for them at your addressand if damaged present this must be noted on the courier signature pad /docket.
IMPORTANT - Please test the fitting of this item before carrying out anyprepping / painting if required. We cannot offer refund on any item which hasbeen prepped or painted.
Returns Policy
We can only offer your exchanges if your item isnot faulty - you can swap it for any kit of your choice that we sell. If youritem is faulty then you will only be liable for the courier and packagingcharges for returning the item to us, if you are not satisfied with the item wewill deduct our postage costs and charge a 20 percent handling charge to coverthe postage materials used. This does not affect your statutory rights. Theitem must be returned within 7 days of receiving it.

How long will my item take to come?
We rarely keep items in stock and therefore willrequire to order your product in for you. This means that orders will takebetween 6 – 14 working days to arrive depending on when an order ismade.We have items delivered every Saturday from our factory. Ourdelivery deadline, for the the upcoming Saturday is the Tuesday morning, if anorder is made after this deadline it will not arrive until the followingSaturday, wedispatchour products as soon as possible, either oncethey have arrived or the same day if we have your item in stock. You cancontact us before purchasing to see if the item is in stock and double checkhow long it will take for your item to arrive to you.
What are your products made from?
Our products are made of High Quality Dura-Flex FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic).FRP is Fibre Glass with a DuraFlex Gel Plastic upper coating. This material ischaracterised by an excellent surface finish that provides sufficientflexibility combined with high stability and allows for easier and inexpensivepainting! In summary it is a really good product. This product provides amiddle ground product that has the benefits of both Fibreglass and Urethaneproducts, with none of the drawbacks. Also our parts are manufactured on thecar, meaning fitment is very easy with little or no modifications required.Other body kit companies cannot offer this service.
Our body kits come in a matte black primer and will require painting.
Will I have any issues with fitting my product?
Despite all of our best efforts to create you perfectly fitting kits, therewill always need to be some minor adjustments made to your car during fitting.This can be the moving or removal of minor parts and brackets. This is nothingan experienced body shop will struggle with. This is something that you cancontact us for more information.
Can you provide me with an invoice?
We can provide invoices for our customers, all you need to do is ask. When youpurchase a product, leave a buyers note if you would like the invoice and wewill send you an invoice using the email you have provided through PayPal.
What do I do if I don't have aPayPal account?
We accept PayPal if you are buying over eBay.However we also accept bank transfers and would need you to call us so we canarrange this.
