Fits 2008 and up CTS-V passenger side headlight. This was off of a 2013 and looks like new. All bulbs are stock bulbs/ballast and have been tested and work perfectly. THIS WILL FIT THE REGULAR CTS HI-OPTION. There are no missing/broken mounting tabs and no fogging, clouding, or yellowing of the lens.
