Orders processed before 1:00 pm CST are typically shipped the same business day, otherwise orders ship the next business day. We do not offer customer pick-up, our warehouses do not have administrative staff to assist any walk-in traffic. Thank you for understanding. Our business hours are between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm CST. Any order that is placed on Friday - Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. This does not include any federal or national holidays where normal business hours do not apply. Wheels are shipped one wheel per box. Our Standard Shipping utilizes both FedEx and USPS. This applies to the 48 continental states. Packages shipped using the FedEx Ground service takes between 1-4 business days. We are not responsible for any delays that are out of our control, including holidays and weather delays. Warranty DetailsAll wheels provided for sale on this website are warrantied to the purchaser to be free of manufacturer\'s and structural defects and in full functioning condition for one year from the original date of purchase, providing the wheel has been properly maintained.
Return DetailsPlease inspect your order immediately upon receipt of your order and before you (or your installer) proceed with installation. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If your product contains a defect or other damage, we ask that you provide pictures. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product within 30-days for a full refund, minus any shipping fees and a 15% stocking fee. Before you return your item, please contact us so we can arrange and sort out the details of your return with our support team. In addition, all of the following conditions must be met in order to quality for a refund: 1) Product must be returned in resaleable condition, just as it was delivered, with all original packaging in place. We won\'t accept returns that have been used, improperly packaged, or damaged. 2) Product has not had a tire mounted on it, or has not been installed or used in any other way.
