Buying The Right Part 1. Use the part number. Nearly every Mercedes-Benz part has a 10 digit part number stamped or engraved on it (e.g. A1298203026 or 1298203026). If this item's part number matches yours, then the part will fit your car.

If we don't have your number in stock, we may have a superseded part which is still compatible with your car, so please message us and we will diagnose this for you.

2. No part number, or still not sure? No problem, just contact us with the following information:

  1. Your car (either chassis/VIN number, UK REG number, or the vehicle's model and year)

Our couriers of choice are currently UK Mail, DHL and UPS. For oversized products and any orders using pallet or freight, we may use a different courier, but they will be of equally high standard. Returns Returns Seal
Some products will arrive sealed inside a spacious transparent bag with a returns seal closing it shut; please immediately inspect the product for defects or differences without opening the bag.If the returns seal is broken (or the bag is damaged or ripped), and you wish to return the product, it can only be processed as a warranty claim (see Warranty below).

Returns Scenarios

  • My order is damaged in transit by the courier.
    Within 5 days of delivery (this timeframe is set by our couriers), email us with photos of the damage. These photos must include multiple angles of both the inside and outside of the box (including a photo of the shipping label attached to the box), all of the packaging material used, and the damaged product from multiple angles (placed both inside and outside of the packaging). Once we have confirmed the presence of the damage, we will resend your product free of charge or refund you in full.
  • I have not received what I ordered.
    Within 14 days of delivery, email us with photos of the product. Any returns seals must not have been broken (see Returns Seal above). Once we confirm the mistake, we will exchange the item for the correct one free of charge, and will cover all delivery costs spent returning the incorrect product to us including taxes and import fees.
  • I've changed my mind and want to return a part.
    You must dispatch the returned goods within 30 days of the original order purchase date. First email us requesting a return. Any returns seals must not have been broken (see Returns Seal above). Customers must pay for return delivery costs including taxes and import fees. Once we receive your product we will refund you for the cost of the product less a 20% handling fee, and less the original delivery costs if any.
  • My product is damaged on arrival.
    Please contact us right away with photos and/or videos of the issue and we will assist you.
  • I have fitted a part to my vehicle but it is faulty.
    Please see Warranty below.

Warranty

Our products are covered by a minimum three month warranty period at no additional charge - see product description for warranty length. (The warranty period begins on the date of dispatch, which can be found in your order confirmation email).

If your product has become defective and is within its warranty period, contact us right away and we'll ask you to send it to us for inspection. When sending such items to us, customers must pay for delivery costs including taxes and import fees. Following inspection we will replace the product with the same one free of charge.

Warranty is void where damage has been sustained by the customer, which includes water damage, or evidence of incorrect use or fitment that may directly or indirectly have led to any components’ failure. Where relevant we will ask for written evidence of the procedure used to fit the part and the qualifications of the fitter.

• Terms Parts Terms General
  1. Acceptance of delivery of the goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyers acceptance of these conditions.
  2. Fitting of components must follow procedures and good practice as set out by Daimler Benz.
  3. Most parts sold by us are auto salvage and second hand and sold as such. Whilst we wish to give good value to our customers, we cannot guarantee each part to be absolutely perfect and this is reflected in our prices when compared to the cost of buying new.
  4. We will always try to supply the exact part that our customers require. We will supply the requested p/n (part number) or its equivalent p/n as they are frequently superseded. Sales are made on the strict understanding that the customer is responsible for making sure the parts bought are correct for the purpose required. In the absence of a p/n we will suggest a p/n based on an oral description or picture supplied but again the customer must check it is a match.
  5. Where items are collected they will have been deemed to be inspected to the customers satisfaction at that time.
  6. Delivery of the goods shall be to the buyers nominated address. The buyer shall make arrangements to receive the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. Although every effort is made to ensure goods arrive at the scheduled time, no responsibility can be accepted where any such delay occurs.
  7. We the seller are not responsible for any labour charges incurred by the buyer, nor any loss of earnings through any means.
Engines & Gearboxes
  1. Prior to the fitting of engines: cam belts, chains, thermostats and temperature sensors must be changed, OE filters must be used and the engine must be flushed.
  2. Engine warranty covers the block, cylinder head and their associated parts only. This warranty does not apply to ancillary items attached i.e any manifolds, sump, water pump, injection system, turbo, distributor, gaskets, oil and water seals, sensors, drains and sprockets.
  3. All gearbox seals should be replaced as well as the filter and oil to manufacturers specification.
  4. Engine oils and filters must be to manufacturers specification.
Electrical Products
  1. Any electrical parts returned with a broken returns seal will be assumed to have been fitted or tested on a vehicle. We cannot offer refunds for any electrical products that have been fitted or tested on a vehicle. Returns of this kind will be processed as a warranty claim.
