Lotus Elise Rear Clam Shim Kit
This kit replaces the rear factory steel body shims with secure and lightweight carbon composite units custom built to spec.
These carbon composite shims offer a 90% weight savings over stock (a total of 4 lbs on our test vehicle!) while being immune to corrosion or oxidation. They're affixed to the rear subframe using stainless steel countersunk bolts to ensure a clean and hassle-free configuration.
Comprehensive instructions are included with each kit. You can configure each kit to include to proper drill bit and tap if needed.
Kits are built to order. Please indicate how many spacers are in each corner of your particular car. If you need a drill and tap set, it will be an additional $10.
