Returnpolicy:
When receiving your package, please open all of the boxes immediately to check if all the contents are inside and not damaged. All damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 business days from the day the packaged is delivered. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier.
If the product received is defective, a replacement will be sent as soon as possible. If you decide to return the defective item, rather than replace it, a restocking fee will be assessed (15-50% depending on the item) and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.
