I unfortunately do not know a lot about this item. It came to me along with a number of parts from a previous owner an estate.What I do know is it was in a box labeled Bantam - Continental Engine. And it was purchased in 2006 (as I will provide a picture of the original receipt) from a company in Chicago that seems to specialize in "Continental IND Engine Parts". It does not look to be used at all but it has been sitting on a shelf so it may have shelf ware.
