An Inlet Manifold for fitment to the Ford Ford Zetec E Engine (1.6/1.8/2.0 all variants except ST170 - please for this application), TIG welded in aluminium and fully internally ground to ensure optimum flow and performance.
The runners on this manifold are to suit theR1 carburettor spacings (Please check your carbs are spaced 77mm - 79mm - 83mm prior to purchasing this manifold). All of our manifolds are designed to mount the carburettors at the correct angle to ensure the floatsfunction correctly in their bowls.Ideal for anyone who has already sourced a set of Mikuni R1 carburettors for theirZetec project. Suitable for all Zetec E engines from 1.6-2.0(Commonly known as Silvertop and Blacktop Zetec).
Manifolds come complete with coolant connections (where applicable) as standard and a brake servo connection on the runner nearest the gearbox. Please use the check box options to specify the number of vacuum connections you require (servo connection will be supplied with a blanking plug if the manifold is specified without).
Fitment:
This item will fit all Zetec E variants (1.6/1.8/2.0 Silvertop and Blacktop).
NOT suitable for Zetec SE/Sigma engines (see our other items for this application).
NOT suitable for ST170 engine (see our other items for St170 specific parts).
