There's no cabin air filter on these trucks. There's just a big hole. This adaptor installs over the hole to allow you to install the included paper air filter. It includes the adaptor, one replaceable paper filter, and the bolt/nut/wedge that you can use for a quicker install with or without adhesive. Adhesive is not included.

To install it:
- Remove the windshield wipers
- Remove the trim underneath the windshield wipers
- Install this air filter adaptor using either adhesive (like silicone sealant, etc) or using the included bolt/nut that wedges in against the walls of the intake
You can see a video showing how to install it here. The video shows version 1 which had two clips–you will be receiving version 2 which doesn't require reaching in as far to secure the filter. Links to replacement filters that I've tested are in the description and comments of the video:
