most Toyota 3k Carburetor have the vacuum slot in the bottom base of the carburetor see pic with red arrow

This Can be used on the Suzuki Samurai 3k swap with little to no modifications

both ports on spacer are 28mm stock Toyota 3k carb
stock Suzuki intake bores are one is 27mm and other is 31 mm
so the 27mm may need to be opened up by 1mm = .0394 total or .0197 per side
