THE PROBLEM
Your BMW isn’t cranking or starting? Seeing the error code 2F44? The error code 2F44 shows up when your EWS better known as CAS Module (or the immobilizer) is not communicating with the DME. Reasons your CAS module stops calibrating with the DME: bad programing, updating through ISTA-P gone wrong, and battery failure or just bad module. Point is we can take care of this for you!
Reasons this may occur, either your car has bad battery or is experiencing ignition key failure. The low voltage in the car battery causes CAS module to loose its calibration with the DME. As for the Ignition key failure, CAS Module cannot detect the key in the ignition and so the car doesn’t start. If your CAS module was corrupted due to the key than you may not need this service. A new dealer spec key is what you require and that is also something we can provide. Aftermarket keys will NOT work for you. Item will be shipped to the address filed on ebay unless customer provides a different address. Depending on when item is delivered to us, the item will be shipped immediately on the same day or next working business day after item is ready. Customer is responsible for payment of shipping the items to us and we will ship it back for free. Item will be shipped back by USPS priority mail. Any express overnight shipping or other form of shipping services is covered by the customer. For a faster service, we ask our customers provide us tracking number once they have mailed the item to us. We will also provide tracking number once the item has been shipped back to the customer.
