Effective Running-in

The brake pads have been pre-"heated-in" before leaving the factory. The friction material has been under high temperature, and the excess air and other materials have been burned out, so that you can achieve the best braking effect as soon as possible when installing it

Low Dust:

The friction material will generate dust particles during braking, which is the result of wear. We use a low-wear formula that can reduce dust emissions, extend the life of the brake pads, and help protect the environment.

Material

The friction material of the brake pad is less metal and non-asbestos, containing brass and DuPont Kevlar fiber. The backplane is made of stainless steel, and the outer layer is wrapped with a corrosion-resistant black surface spray paint coating.

Several situations where brake pads must be replaced:

  1. When the wear indicator on the brake pad touches the brake disc;
  2. When the thickness of the brake pad is less than the minimum maintenance standard allowed by the vehicle manufacturer;
  3. When the brake pads are contaminated by oil or grease;

Remember!

  • Never use oil or lubricant when maintaining and cleaning the brake pads. These ingredients will be absorbed by the brake pads, resulting in reduced braking performance and increased driving danger!
