This listing is for a complete original air cleaner from a 1977 Pontiac Firebird Formula with a 350. This is not from a shaker hood Trans Am, but this air cleaner base is the same one that the shaker used, just with a smaller diameter lid and a clamp that held it to this base. Another helpful eBay member has confirmed that to be correct. This unit needs to be cleaned up and repainted, the lid already was painted once and the base has some surface rust and needs to be stripped bare before repainting. But the good part is it's not rusted out or beat up, and it's got the little plastic elbow piece on the underside of the snorkel which is super hard to find (no, I will not sell that separately) plus all the little hose nipples and stuff on it which are in good shape. It's even got a filter in it which honestly still looks good enough to use. If your air cleaner setup is missing and you need a stock one, this is a good find, with all the little bits still on it.
