I parted a 1968 Dodge Monaco four door. Somebody had painted the interior (poorly). This Steering wheel was complete (except the little screws that connect the horn switch; contact ring to the steering wheel. I went to the hardware store and got three screws they are not "Correct" but work fine). The steering wheel is a burgundy red the white paint peels off easily but I'm not ambitious enough to strip it. It does not appear to be cracked. The horn ring (bar) looks a little rough on the ends but I don't know if it's damage. The contact ring is not cracked or broken and the spring tension seems right. The horn pad was also painted to match the wheel. I have no Idea if it needs stripped or repainted but it does not appear cracked or cut and couples to the horn ring properly. Anyhow it's a real factory wheel but it is a project so study the pictures and understand it is being sold Good Used and As/Is. Stock #1802
