Sensors may have marks / discoloration or scratches that are not service affecting, They live inside the tire.
Sensors are not blank or programmable. They are programmed from the manufacturer to work with certain vehicles. Tire only needs bead to be broken to install. Do not have to remove tire completely from wheel.
You will need to have your vehicle "relearn" these sensors
This can be done several ways depending on vehicle.
1. Some vehicles learn them just by driving.
2. Can be done by tool that most tire shops have.
( if a tire shop is not able to test them before installing, then steer clear from them. they do not have to be installed to test battery or function)
3. Some vehicles can be done by yourself ( read owners manual or search YouTube)
4. Go to dealership to have done

Returns
Returns are welcome. If we send you a defective or wrong item then , no restocking or shipping fees. Otherwise there is a 20% restocking fee. ( this is due to the fact that the shipping actually cost us money, and eBay /paypal fees related to the sale) . If you have Any problem after you receive the item, please feel free to send us a message first. We will always respond within 12 hrs and most of the time within 1 hr or less. Opening a return request or claim such as item not as described or defective only slows down the process. We record the serial numbers of the sensors shipped to you, You must send the same ones back unused. Any fraudulent returns will be reported to eBay and proper authorities. You are responsible for return shipping fees. If you purchase the wrong sensors for your application, they are not defective or our fault.
