All warranties and return policies are contingent on the buyer having a certified shop install the purchased part; As much as we would like to offer these policies to the average person doing their own work, our reasoning for this is to ensure we protect both ourselves and you as the buyer by having a third party that is ultimately responsible for the proper installation of the purchased part. This allows us to ensure that it is installed correctly by trained professionals, and in the event that it is damaged, lost or destroyed during the install process that we both have someone to hold accountable for reimbursement for said part. We cannot be expected to refund or replace a part due to negligence of the installer.

ACCEPTED RETURNS:
1: ANY* part that is verified to be bad/faulty by a certified mechanic at time of install (within 30 days from delivery) will be eligible for a full refund or replacement if another is available in inventory at the time, however; you MUST be able to provide/include documentation from the automotive repair facility that installed the item stating that it was in fact defective to receive a refund/Replacement! THIS INFORMATION MUST BE ATTACHED TO YOUR RETURN REQUEST WHEN YOU MAKE IT OR IT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED!!!!! This documentation must include the shop name, address, and phone number for verification. ***NO MOBILE MECHANICS*** No handwritten receipts or emails are accepted.

NON-ACCEPTED RETURNS:
1: We will not accept returns on any parts that have broken tamper seals or damage that was incurred after being accepted by the buyer or incurred during install by the automotive repair facility. It is the buyer's responsibility to maintain the part in good condition prior to installation and to seek reimbursement from the installing facility in the event of damage. ALL of our parts that we sell are marked/serialized and recorded for our protection. Some of these markings may or may not be visible on the outside of the item. All electronic items are marked internally then tamper sealed. All returned items will be inspected prior to refind and ebay will be notified of any altering or removal of said seals.
2: We will not accept returns on accidental purchases due to lack of research on if the part will work for your specific needs or correct any specific problem you may be having with your vehicle. PLEASE verify that the part you are replacing matches exactly with the part you are purchasing and or consult your local dealership to aid in your research to ensure you are buying the correct part. This includes any part that was bought to “test” a fault or bought without confirming the purchased part would be the remedy to an ongoing issue in your vehicle. If we decide to waive this stipulation you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
3: We will not accept returns due to buyer's remorse or because a better deal was found elsewhere after the item has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order please message us immediately prior to shipping.
4: We will not accept returns or exchanges on parts that are NOT installed by a certified repair facility. Our reasoning for this is to ensure we protect both ourselves and you as the buyer by having a third party that is ultimately responsible for the proper installation of the purchased part. If the documentation required is not attached in the initial return request, it will be automatically declined, and no further action will be available to be taken.
5: “As-Is/For parts only or non working” parts are non-returnable or refundable. Buyer assumes all responsibility for taking a risk by purchasing said part. These items are classified as “condition unknown” and have the possibility of being defective. By selecting the “buy it now” option and purchasing these items you are acknowledging this stipulation and forfeit any return eligibility.
