Wheels are pretty beat up. It looks like they've been out on the road for some time, winters included, and thus show pretty poorly. Best for someone who plans to refinish them. All that said, they're not structurally damaged. No cracking, warping, or very deep curbing. The tires are all usable. One has a very slow leak, which should be easy to plug while the wheels are getting refinished.
