Do you charge Sales Tax?

Returns
All requests for returns or exchanges must go through the eBay messaging system. Simply log-in to your eBay account, go to "Purchase History" on the left side of the screen, find the transaction, and select the "Contact Seller" option. Please contact us before returning any item so we may issue an RMA # and ensure the fastest possible service. Item's returned without an RMA # will not be accepted. New and Unused Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase. The items must be in original condition, clean, never having been installed, and complete with no missing components. Customer satisfaction is important to us, so we are proud to stand by our products with this Warranty. The 1 Year Limited Warranty (Limited Lifetime for certain products as noted on the item listing page) guarantees the part against defect for 1 year from the purchase date. The Warranty covers the purchased part only, it does not cover labor, shipping, wear-and-tear, or any other fees or costs. In the event of a defective item, please contact us, and we will issue you an RMA # to return the item. Once we receive the item, inspect it to make sure it is ours and there are no missing components, we will issue your refund via PayPal or send a replacement unit. Warranty claims over 90 days are eligible for replacement only and require proof of installation by an ASE Certified Mechanic. We reserve the right to require the VIN for any warranty or incorrect fit claims.
