These do not fit the C2500 and the C3500. Chevy/GMC went through some weird transitions through those years. The long run of the C10, C20, and C30 trucks came to an end in 1988. In 1988 they came out with the C1500, C2500, and C3500 trucks. It's a completely different truck. Where it gets confusing is they kept the old style truck around until 1991 and called it the R2500 and the R3500. A few years ago I actually had one of these R series trucks. They are bare bones, no option trucks that the county usually buys. These headers will not fit a C2500/C3500.
