- Payment is expected within 3 days after puchased.
- Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. (NOTE: Business days do not include weekend & holidays)

- Insufficient shipping information will delay the order process so please read the invoice carefully during checkout. Make sure that the shipping information is correct to avoid delays. Restocking Fee will apply for all returned items due to insufficient information.
- Buyers outside of the U.S. are responsible for any brokerage's fee, import duties, or taxes. Please check with your country's government website.
- Extra shipping fees are required for international shipments as well as the following states and territories: PR, HI, AK, GU, VI, APO.
- Tracking numbers are available as soon as they are created and processed.
- Items are shipped depending on location of the customer as well as the location of the item stock.
- Once a purchase is placed, we cannot accommodate for any address changes.
- We are unable to ship any item(s) to P.O. Box address. Buyer must provide physical address when ordering. Please note that we are not responsible for any kind of delay if P.O. Box address or any other undeliverable addresses were provided.

- All returns must be authorized and assigned with an RMA# from our customer service department before returning.
