RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if we are contacted within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be received within 10 days thereafter.
  • All return items must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition as originally received.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or accept any exchanges on any items that have been used, any items without the original manufacturer’s packaging, and/or any items with the adhesive film removed.
  • A re-stocking fee of 25% will be charged for all returns unless the item(s) received is different from the original purchase listing. Buyer will also be responsible for the original outbound shipping fee. We are not responsible for any incorrect item(s) purchased by the buyer.
  • A re-stocking fee of 25% will be charged for any items “refused”, “returned”, “marked as undeliverable”, or “recipient not available.” If the buyer chooses to reship the item(s) back to them, the re-stocking fee will be waived. However, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
  • Buyer is responsible for all return items until the item is delivered. We therefore strongly advise a proof of delivery and/or insurance be obtained when returning any part of your order.
DAMAGE SHIPMENT POLICY

We make every effort to prevent any damages during transit. However, in the event your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once notified, we will then request for clear pictures showing all damage(s) to the item and also the condition of the box. These pictures are needed to open a damage claim with our shipping carrier. After pictures are received, the replacement item will ship immediately the following business day.

USPS now requires all packages damaged during shipping to be inspected at your local Post Office facility. Please take your package to your nearest Post Office and request a \"Postal Damage Inspection.\" They will inspect the damage(s) and note it in their system. Your replacement item will ship immediately the following business day after the damage inspection is performed. Please know there is no need to send the damaged item back.
