Rock solid with no rust. Had been installed on a restored care and has obvious damage to the upper panel. "C" brackets and lower bumper filler are all very nice and straight with no damage. From the underside of the top panel, you can see where it had been metal worked and straighted previosly. Top has about 1/16" skim coat of body filler.
