Seller only wanted to contact outside ebay. Listed as "New" but the roof was taken off used vehicle. I agreed to purchase anyway. 6 days later I received a refund. Seller only communicated off ebay saying item was stolen. Item is now relisted as part of an entire roll cage. My guess is seller didnt want to ship. Terrible experience with a VERY dishonest seller.
