Straight forward install and replace *have to cut exhaust not a bolt on* Interior noise is like how factory is so makes it a comfortable ride without much drone or rumbling. Exterior noise is more aggressive but still more on the quiet side. From quiet 1 to no exhaust loud 10 this is like a 6 to me.
