Somewhat difficult to remove the old one without cutting (wanted to keep it just in case). This new system was an easy install. Quality is pretty nice too. It is fairly quite if you are reasonably careful but loud if you want it to be. I like it. As an accountant I'm not really sure how this system can be manufactured, shipped and sold at a profit for this price...

The items were as described. Shipping was perhaps calculated to lower the price of the item. Packaging could have used an additional strip of tape as the box arrived with one strip of tape that was ripped and opened half way up the box flaps. Shipping to Hawaii is brutal and packages arrive in poor condition if not well packaged. Internal packaging was very good. A good overall transaction.

Great Seller and a great product. Shipping was fast. I received it the next day. Unfortunately it did not fit my truck. Seller communication was great and they even emailed a return freight label and gave me a full refund. My only regret is that they did not have the bed cover for my truck.
