    C5 Corvette Center Air Dam

    This product must be used in conjunction with the Corvette C5 Center Air Dam. This will prevent overheating...After hours of work I finally figured this out... Corvette C5s have a left, right and center air dam. The Left and right Air Dam can be removed and it will run just fine...Normal operating temp will remain about 200 or below.. Other than that, the product looks absolutely beautiful on my C5. Thanks James

    Don’t install on a c5 or expect nothing but overheating problems.

    Installed it and looks awesome, problem c5 corvette ran hot immediately after install, spoiler looked so good I tried number of things: opened up vents at fog lights and replace lower center spoiler with a big mouth center spoiler and 180 degree thermostat and flush cooling system. Still ran hot upper 245 -250 degrees only on highway speeds. Removed spoiler and car stays under 203 degrees no matter what the speed is. I am very disappointed in the performance aspect of it but loved the way it made my c5 looked.

    Front splinter

    I purchased the splinter it can very quickly. Its very shiney and was very easy for the dealership to install ( they put it on the lift) they installed splinter about $45.00. You can leave all three air dams under front of the car. I had mine removed at dealership(terrible decession) my car hit 250 degrees in about 5 miles. It still ran a little hot about 230 degrees with only the center air dam. They put both sides back on my car runs 190 to 200. Just a little knowledge shared from learning the har way by overheating my car. I'm ordering a carbon fiber rear trunk wing for my c5 corvette. The people that answer your questions respond within a few minutes.

    Very pleased with Cost/Quality

    This was my first (certainly not last)product from Ikonmotorsports. I was surprised how quickly the unit was delivered. I was sure they sent an upgrade... nope. Fit is great and the polyurethane material is perfect in this application. Need not be painted....

    Amazing

    Purchased this for my 04 Z06. Quality is fantastic. Durability is 10/10. Doesn't need to be painted if you want to keep the flat black look. Gives the vehicle a sharper look. Definitely recommend it if you're a C5 owner.
