Item came in quick delivery by FedEx. However the box was damaged. All the hardware was missing.
Contacted the company. They responded quickly. Mail me another one.
All in all I would say the company stood behind their policies. And I was quite satisfied.
There was an another issue. I The instructions are not totally correct they have it backwards on the assembly.
After a few attempts of assembly I finally realized it. The ramp should attach on the right side. Not left.
