I had to have several emails back and forth with this Company. I was not happy with shipping time. This put me in a very bad way. After many Emails, I was finally given a partial refund. Just was notified by PayPal, that it was credited. I thank the Company for doing so. Only wish they had told me in advance about shipping. The product is great. Works the way it is designed to do. Price was super. OK to buy from them. Just comunicate about shipping in advance. It could save you a headache.
