The wheel looked good, was a fairly good match for color, and it balanced OK, but at this price level, I expected that the interior of the barrel would not have been painted with just overspray. It's so bumpy that weights might not stick well and it will be harder to keep clean. Unless something was really wrong with it there, it might have been better not to paint over it at all.
