    AFE Cold Air Intake - 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 - Modified Shaved Filed To Fit

    The fuel injection intake tube does not fit. It is 1/8" inch to small and will not mount up. I took a file and shaved the inside of the tube until it fit. The stock intake round rubber gasket (required to be reused with kit) is also larger than the tubing inlet and can not be reused. It is such a tight fit that I'm running without the gasket. The rest of the kits tubing and air filter housing fit and are routed nicely.
