The replacement screen came quickly and I used their video plus another that shows how to remove the head unit from the truck—worked out great. The only note is perhaps adding a section of the video on the clamps that hold the ribbon in and how to pop them. For anyone new at dealing with those ribbons, it's not clear and would have been very helpful. Beyond happy to have a fixed screen!

Fantastic Replacement
I purchase the unit and it was easy to install and works great and great quality. Basically, I am happy I purchase the unit. BTW. If you are doing this your self. The only part that might be difficult is unplugging each cable behind the unit when removing the entire radio. Take your time and make sure they slide off. Don’t force them or the plastic insert will crack. That will create an entire different problem. I purchase the unit and it was easy to install and works great and great quality. Basically, I am happy I purchase the unit. BTW. If you are doing this your self. The only part that might be difficult is unplugging each cable behind the unit when removing the entire radio. Screen different than the original and the one on photos from auction (no QR code on back sticker). Also brightness and resolution seems to be lower then in original screen. At least apart from above works fine.

It is a good screen for the price the one thing I will say is my backup cameras quality isn't as good now compared to the stock screen but that's not much of a big deal considering the price compared to the dealership replacing the screen.
