No problem at all with seller. Good communication, shipping, price. Issue was with product itself. Debris behind lense of one taillight and the other had the mounting post break during installation even though zero torque was placed on it. I found a work around for both issues so I ended up keeping them. I wish sellers would reveal exactly what brand they are offering so the consumer can do additional research before buying. These particular ones are Eagle Eyes.
