Great looking product. Good price for the quality. There were parts missing initially. When I asked questions I got the run around so I filed for the return then the seller wanted to help me out and let me know there was another box on the way. The other box was a week late so I believe they didn’t ship it until I filed the return. I ended up canceling the return because it is a much nicer part than the others I’ve seen out there. All 5 star except customer communication.

Part arrived 4/30/24. I opened it 4/30/24 and realized the smaller O-ring was not in the package. Contact them immediately, they assured me it would be taken care of. I’m expecting the part to have been shipped within a couple days. Nope, 10 days later they message me again saying the O-ring is not in stock, therefore proving that they never had it in stock when they originally shipped my order yet they still sent it without, hoping I wouldn’t notice I guess. Ignorant. Metal was also terrible

Took for ever to receive. Once it finally arrived I found out it is not as pictured but in fact comes with a paper gasket. Even worse when I put everything on the car to find out that the BOV flops around and can easily be rotated by hand. Bout a tourqe solutions one and everything works as it should. As far as the seller goes they aren't very prompt with responses or understanding and are quick to insult your intelligence so that's cool. Just go buy a torque solutions one as save the headache.
