Great deal, try to build it at this price!!!
I laugh when I see used HEI's at swap meets today... This unit has the upgraded high RPM coil, better mechanical advance curve, and brass cap/rotor... By the time you fix up that swap meet junk you would be triple the price of this unit, and still not know the mechanical advance curve because they were all set up different depending on engine size and vehicle weight. I have multiple classic Chevy's and I run these distributers in all of them. I've only had 1 fail at the module after 5 years, ordered new module from local parts store and it was running good again.I laugh when I see used HEI's at swap meets today... high out put coil
With the high output coil in this distributor makes it a good value. I haven't installed it yet but I don't see anything wrong with the distributor. From what I see I will definitely use it and it will preform perfectly.

The one they sent was beautiful, but not really the one I wanted. But it is very nice!
BUT they sent the wrong distributer! I wanted and asked for the small one for a 19 one for the small block Chevrolet. I really wanted one that used a coil ?
