Good mirrors for the prices
I bought these for my 03 silverado because I now have towing needs (a work trailer). Installation was smooth and they look great. The housing is solid as can be, the mirrors are clear, and everything functioned properly. The only two draw backs are the following. 1st my truck came with reverse assist and the electronic fold in option, this product is not compatible with either which isn't an option other than I didn't know this so I had to turn those options off on my truck so that it would attempt to do so and mess my adjustments up. 2nd the lenses do shake at high speeds. Mine start at about 50-55 and worsen around 70-75 mph, but with that being said it really is not that bad. 03-06 Silverado tow mirrors
These tow mirrors do fit and function as advertised they also made it so I can see around my camper so mission accomplished fit and finish is ok but the passenger side mirror is crooked and the adjustment is too rough and crude to get it adjusted properly. They are cheaply made and I expect a malfunction before long but what do you expect for 80$ ? The installation is easy if you are comfortable with removing your door panels. Anyways would I recommend these to someone sure if your not too picky and need some cheap mirrors to get the job done go for it! If you want quality mirrors search your local salvage yard for done GM tow mirrors like I will be doing shortly. Hope this review helps. Solid design and you can see well.
Mine won't work with my facyory oroginal power mirror (Yes, I got the correct one). But it's on a 20'ish year old family mover type vehicle. All in all, I like it even though I have to manually adjust it.

Good product, easy install, minor issues.
Pros: easy to install, and (on my truck anyway) no extra wires to run, even though mine did not come with heated signal mirrors from the factory. These plug into the driver and passenger door modules (the power window/mirror/door lock control, basically) which is a CANBUS module. I assume the outputs are there on all the modules, or at least they were on mine. My truck did have rear defrost which I gather makes adding heated mirrors easy. Cons: passenger side mirror will not tilt inboard enough for my liking. I like to be able to see just a sliver of my bedside in the mirror as a point of reference. Can't with these. I can probably shim it in some or crank on the studs, haven't tried yet. They also are canted upright slightly, the "arms" are not level with the ground when looking ... Pros: easy to install, and (on my truck anyway) no extra wires to run, even though mine did not come with heated signal mirrors from the factory.
