I do not recommend
Material feels like plastic. Also the star does not fit W212 (even though it states that on the front - very cheap aftermarket product), it is slightly smaller. Also its convex and not concave which I do not understand. I tried to bend it to conform to the correct direction (concave) and broke the star. Since I broke it I went and purchased another product and it felt more solid, metal-like and did fit perfectly. I know it is smaller then what it should be because it did not completely fill up the outline that was left from the original OEM star. Keep in mind my comments are a reflection of the product and not the seller. Picture below you can see its slightly smaller than the other star I purchased, and how easy it was to break the star when trying to bend it, and last picture shows ... Material feels like plastic. Terrible quality and fitment
First off Mercedes star is not the same size as this one nor does it fit on an E -Class trunk. Mercedes Benz Eclass trunk is sloped where this mounts up and this one came con-caved the opposite direction…go figure. In Summary - cheap nonsense plastic material ( original one is made of a hard TPU - smaller than original Mercedes star -god awful fitment Would not recommend

Nice replacement oem rear trunk badge. Fits right and is so tight it didn’t even need the included double sided 3m tape. Gives me an opportunity to remove it in the future if needed. Thanks
