The merchant is doing bad business and setting up their customers for failure. Furthermore, the merchant said they purposely made the item hard to return and said I will have to repackage and return with my own money.
I received the order with only bubble wrap and patches of flimsy cardboard wrapped in parts of the item to keep it secured.
As predicted, the item would most likely arrive damaged or it was damaged to begin with.
