Nice upgrade at a good price
While the Kicker speaker upgrade is by no means an audiophile's dream, they deliver a much needed upgrade to the not-so-great stock speakers that came with my 2016 Forester. The installation is as easy as it gets - no holes to drill and no special adapters for mounting or connections. They fit into the original factory locations and use the plugs that are already in the car. The high notes are much brighter (but not overly so). The mid-range is clear and the bass is solid. This is a very nice sound upgrade at a reasonable price.While the Kicker speaker upgrade is by no means an audiophile's dream, they deliver a much needed upgrade to the not-so-great stock speakers that came with my 2016 Forester.
