Bad packing resulted in unit badly damaged. I notified them, replied 4 days later telling me to return the item. During the wait time I found a place that could repair it and requested a partial refund for the repairs as I really need this item. Eight days no reply so I asked again. 5 more days pass with no reply. Forced to open a case through ebay for the return. Poor communication.
