the goods are in a disgusting condition, the fasteners cannot be unscrewed, the fan practically does not rotate and vibrates. I bought 7 items for the server and only because of this one I can’t assemble everything to the end, I’ll have to wait for a new one

The Fasteners are supposed to be like that from the factory, please refer to an installation video if that would help. The cooler was removed from a fully functioning gaming PC with no discernable noise at the time. Sorry for your experience.
