Definitely NOT a direct fit. The expanded side was OVER expanded by a long shot, took forever to weld it closed, but the pipe sent was for STOW & GO seating when it simply did not specify. Because of the angle was COMPLETELY off, had to cut it, rotate it, then butt weld it. Only came with 2 bolts but they were too big anyway but the heads of the CORRECT bolts went through the mounting holes WITH washers. Had to put 2 sets of washers. It's in & working so far but it was a 5 hr nightmare

It didn't fit very good at all on the exhaust pipe end so the clamp would not seal the joint. I needed to weld the pipestogether to eliminate the 1/4" gap. It worked eventually but a lot of extra work for something that should have been a tightfit to begin with.
