DecalConcepts excels at customer service - answering my question, advising me on options and even sent along some extra vinyl. Shipping was fast and the package (a tube with sealed ends) was highly protective of the vinyl. As for the vinyl, I wasn't able to apply it without leaving bubbles (it might heal itself). Jake (DecalConcepts eBay contact) told me that their gold color was slightly different than the gold used by Chevrolet. Which turned out to be an understatement (see the photo).
