Service is very fast, was shipped back out the same day he received it and was back to me 2 days later. If you still have issues after installation definitely check your connections. I had to re seat mine 3 times before everything started working. You may also need to recalibrate your windows after as well. Extremely satisfied and would definitely use the service again!
