What a nice piece, it is a perfect fit and was easy to install on my 2005 Saturn Ion Redline. The gasket is good quality and should last many years and miles. The OD of the new down pipe fit nicely inside the original exhaust and made for a easy weld. I actually cut off 3/8" of the manifold studs so the exhaust could be easily lowered to weld the upper half of the pipe.

I dont give feedback alot, but I wanted to make sure to this time. I had an issue with my order that wasn't caused by ZZP at all, GM had the wrong parts in the (sealed) box. ZZP took care of it right away even though it wasn't their fault and handled all the shipping and got everything sorted out fast.
